It was a peaceful day for you in Aoba Jousai that was until a certain brunette tackled you while you were doing some quick sketches on you sketchbook.
"[F/n]-chaaan~" An all too happy voice sang. You look up to see Oikawa Tooru the most annoying popular boy in the school.
"What do you want Oikawa?" You asked monotnously and kept your eyes glued to the piece that you were trying to finish that was until Oikawa disturbed you.
"Wow! Your drawing is really nice... So do you think you can draw me?" Oikawa asked enthusiastically with a bright smile plastered on his face which he usually uses to get what he wants.

"Are you sure you want to do this with me?" The question seemingly echoes throughout the car two young adults were sitting in. (Y/N) looks over to her best friend with a slightly raised eyebrow before he nods to her and starts the ignition to the car.
"I told you I wanted to meet your mom soon so she knew who her darling daughter was living with." Oikawa chuckles. As soon as his jubilant laugh filters through the car the tension of the moment before leaves entirely, leaving a lighter mood all around.
"I'm sure my mom's gonna love my best friend almost as unconditionally as I do." His friend retorts, a snicker coming

Today was the day. The day you were gonna confess your love to the oh-so-amazing Oikawa-sama. The most amazing, and handsome, player in Aoba Jousei.
You chose this particular because it was before Valentines’ Day though your school is celebrating it today. You even made homemade chocolates just for today, and, not to brag, but your homemade chocolates were almost heavenly. So you knew he would accept your confession after he tasted your chocolate. After all, it was made with a lot of love.
You spot him walking with Iwaizumi and Matsukawa, having small talk. Your plan was to walk by him, hopefully charm him with your super kawaii smile

This is my first Haikyuu!! Reader Insert, and I've only watched the anime so far so forgive me if Oikawa's OOC and if there any mistakes related to the canon-_____- so, Haikyuu!! fans, do teach me everything about this anime! Do enlighten me, do guide me! 
In case you don't get the storyline: Oikawa falls in love at the first sight with Reader when he goes to Tokyo to compete in Spring Tournament, Reader also participates in the tournament but they play different sports. But unfortunately, Reader lost her first game and was unable to advance further, resulting in her not coming to the stadium anymore, not even to watch.
If this story receives enough response, I'll make the sequels. I'm already planning on making the continuation where they finally meet and get to know each other, though.
Before proceeding, there are things I want you to know:
#1 The age gap between the Reader is 2 years, he first saw her when he was in eleventh grade, so that means Reader was already in her last year in middle school/ninth grade that time.
#2 Reader is a resident of Tokyo, but she used to live in Miyagi Perfecture during her childhood years. The reason why she moved away is going to be revealed later.
#3 Reader has an older brother who's a year older than her, he's also a captain, and ehem... a shooting guard. He won't make any appearances later in the story, though. If you can guess who he is, then let's just swim in KnB hell together ayyy lmao ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
